Job Opportunity: Global Logistics Coordinator – Clinical Trials (EMEA)

Hybrid | 6 months project maternity leave

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about logistics in a fast-paced, global environment? We’re partnering with a leading global provider of clinical trial support services to hire a Global Logistics Coordinator for their EMEA Logistics Helpdesk team.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring on-time delivery and support for temperature-sensitive clinical trial materials and patient-specific shipments, while also contributing to sustainability initiatives through the reuse of high-performance packaging.

What You'll Do:

As part of the EMEA Global Logistics Helpdesk, you'll collaborate with teams across the US and APAC regions to:

  • Provide proactive track & trace and escalation support for inbound/outbound shipments
  • Support reverse logistics and returns management of clinical trial supplies
  • Manage the Credo reuse programme: coordinate returns of reusable temperature-controlled packaging, arrange pickups, track usage, and maintain metrics
  • Support Clinical Site to Patient (CstP) shipment processes
  • Generate shipping documentation in compliance with GDP and GxP standards
  • Handle incoming requests from clinical trial sites, clients, and internal teams via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate data and client reporting with high attention to detail
  • Participate in process improvement and team collaboration initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in remote or hybrid environments
  • Prior exposure to logistics, clinical trials, or life sciences is a plus—but not essential; full training will be provided

Minimum Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent education level
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
