Property Litigation Partner – Up to £100,000


The Role


The firm has built a reputation for supporting clients from high profile businesses, local individuals and families throughout the region and further afield.


Due to the amount of work coming into the department, the firm is looking for a Property Litigation Partner.


The firm has successfully attracted lawyers from City firms, International firms and National firms into their practice.


The role will suit someone with drive, energy and a desire to take the initiative in business development and bringing new work to the firm.


The Property Litigation Partner will have experience in dealing with statutory lease extensions, commercial lease renewals and breach of commercial lease covenants.


The successful candidate will have high level experience handling complex commercial landlord and tenant disputes/claims including 1954 Act claims and general property litigation including possession claims, boundary disputes and property right disputes.


The Candidate


  • Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least seven years PQE
  • Ability to work to targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
