Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

South East London

Up to £45,000 + benefits package

Main Contractor | New Build Residential | Major Multi-Phase Scheme

I’m recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a major long-term residential development in South East London. You’ll be joining Phase 2 of this multi-phase scheme, which includes 330 units across five blocks, with buildings rising to 17 storeys.

Looking ahead, Phase 3 (set to launch in 2026) will deliver an additional 450 units, offering continuity and long-term project stability.

You’ll report directly to the on-site Commercial Lead and take ownership of your own work packages — giving you genuine responsibility and a platform for fast-track career growth. Progression to Quantity Surveyor level is expected within 12–18 months for the right candidate.
