Interim HR Administrator | 3-Month FTC (Potential to Extend) | Rickmansworth


Full Time On-Site - this is not negotiable | Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 | Start: ASAP


We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on an interim basis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rickmansworth, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and supporting the day-to-day running of HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract generation, and leaver processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee data is kept up to date
  • Support with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Assist in preparing reports, HR documents, and correspondence
  • Respond to employee queries and escalate where necessary
  • Work closely with payroll and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and general administrative tasks as required


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HR administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
  • Available to start immediately and able to commit to a full-time, on-site position in Rickmansworth
