All3 is transforming how buildings are conceived, developed, and delivered. We combine AI-powered design with robotic prefabrication to build custom architecture at the cost and speed of mass production — unlocking even the most complex sites.


We’re currently seeking a Talent Experience Partner to join our team, focused on drastically reducing the time needed for domain experts to create production-ready building models. Leveraging parametric computations and genetic algorithms, our aim is to develop cost-effective and environmentally friendly architectures, revolutionizing the construction landscape.


You would be responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements and providing advice on employment law, company policy/procedure to Human Resources and Leadership. This includes establishing processes and policies covering the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—as well as advising on compensation and incentive-related policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and assess any employment claims and present findings to internal and/or external legal counsel to assess risk;
  • Proactively identify the need for new policies and procedures according to business need, best practice, and changes in legislation, including compensation and bonus structures;
  • Advise on the practical application of employment law and/or policy to a given business/individual scenario;
  • Ensure legal compliance as it relates to regulatory requirements;
  • Act as an advisor on headcount programmes including preparation of documents, briefing HR partners, and supporting the end‑to‑end process (from onboarding to exit);
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure HR best practice is achieved in all aspects of the business;
  • Develop contacts with retained legal advisors and external organizations involved in legal disputes and litigation.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations or legal advisory roles, preferably within the UK;
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, regulations, and HR compliance practices;
  • Ability to interpret and apply employment legislation to real-world business scenarios;
  • Experience advising on HR policies, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving legal frameworks.
