Job description

Our client, a Magic Circle firm, is seeking a mid-level lawyer to join its market-leading Commercial & TMT team in London. The immediate focus is on commercial contracts, including complex digital, tech and outsourcing matters. There is also scope for one candidate with a strong regulatory focus, particularly in areas such as data protection, AI, online safety and cyber.

The team advises on major, high-profile transactions and regulatory matters, often with a cross-border element. Recent work includes the Vodafone/Three merger, large-scale outsourcing projects, and leading on some of the UK’s most significant cyber and privacy investigations.

The practice offers high-calibre work, a collaborative and informal culture, clear promotion pathways, and strong support for career development. The team is diverse and international, and values lawyers who are commercially minded, technically strong and enthusiastic about innovation in the tech and digital space.

Candidates should have 3-6 years post-qualification experience, ideally with a focus on commercial contracts, regulatory tech matters or both.
