The Company

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, privately owned online retail and logistics company specialising in the warehousing, fulfilment, and re-commerce of books, media, and tech products. As one of the top 10 third-party sellers on Amazon and eBay globally, they’re growing fast and investing in product, platforms, and people. They now need a Junior Product Owner to help drive innovation and build out features across a suite of consumer and B2B platforms.

• Ships over 15,000 items daily across multiple brands
• Operates 3,000+ book donation and collection points
• Employs 200+ people, with operations built on sustainability, re-commerce, and smart tech
• Combines mission-driven values with agile, commercial execution

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with the Head of Product to define and deliver value across a core domain of the business
• Translate user and business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for developers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, tech, and commercial teams to prioritise product backlogs, solve workflow pain points, and improve customer experiences
• Document and analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for product improvement, and track impact post-release
• Support end-to-end delivery, from idea to go-live – including testing, feedback loops, and stakeholder engagement

Your Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role
• Strong interest in product thinking and keen to move further into a Product Owner path
• Comfortable gathering and structuring business requirements, mapping workflows, and managing delivery with technical teams
• Excellent communication skills – able to work across both business and technical teams with clarity and confidence
• Bonus: any exposure to e-commerce, logistics, or high-volume order fulfilment environments is a plus

Location & Offer

• Oxford-based HQ – hybrid working model (2–3 days onsite weekly)
• Salary: Up to £40,000, depending on experience
• Small, agile product team of 4, with direct exposure to decision-makers
• 2-stage interview process: Head of Product + one additional stakeholder
