Legal Counsel in London Area

Job description

Long term contract role with a leading pharmaceutical company assisting a senior legal counsel and responsible for various for in-house legal matters including drafting and reviewing contracts, and addressing compliance and risk issues. Experience of M&A's and IPO's would be very useful, as would any regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the various internal departments
• Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
• Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
• Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts

Qualifications

• English qualified lawyer
• 3+ years' PQE
