Job Opportunity: Lead Product Manager – SuccessFactors Establishment Control and Data

Hybrid/Remote | Fixed-Term (12 months, until July 2026)

Salary: £59,139 – £72,692

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the delivery of improved establishment control and data as part of our People Systems Project (Phase 2). This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact workstream that will enhance position management processes and data quality, enabling better planning, forecasting, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team using agile methodologies to deliver business and system change.
• Develop and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for establishment control.
• Champion user needs and ensure solutions deliver real value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to drive engagement and adoption.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and resources to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, especially in position management and establishment control.
• Strong background in product management and delivering business change.
• Experience using agile methodologies and leading high-performing teams.
