We’re working on a discreet search for a high-performing leveraged finance associate (c. 3–6 PQE) to join a leading international platform with a growing market share across high-profile sponsor-led transactions.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a key client in the upper mid-market and large-cap space, gaining exposure to landmark deals across Europe and the US.

The Opportunity:

• Advise private equity sponsors and funds on acquisition finance, recapitalisations, and cross-border unitranche structures

• Join a collegiate, well-resourced team in growth mode

• Excellent progression opportunities with clear associate-to-counsel pathway

• High-calibre deal flow with an emphasis on execution, not just origination

Ideal Profile:

• 3–6 PQE, trained at a top-tier UK or US firm

• Strong leveraged finance, acquisition finance or fund finance experience

• Confident drafting skills and exposure to cross-border or NY law deals a bonus

• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially sharp
