Our client, a global leader in broadband, video, and communications technology, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support their UK and Netherlands operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, delivering expert ER advice and supporting key business change initiatives.
Contract Overview
- Daily Rate: £300 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: Bradford (Hybrid –twice per week on-site)
- Contract Length: 2 Months (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on ER issues such as absence, performance, and conduct.
- Manage ER casework, including risk assessment, documentation, and meeting support.
- Support business change processes including restructures, TUPE, and settlements.
- Contribute to the development of people policies and manager toolkits.
- Analyse ER data and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare documentation for Employment Tribunals and manage ACAS processes.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and stakeholders across the business.
Key Requirements
- Experience in an ER or HR Advisor role with strong ER exposure.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice.
- Experience supporting business change initiatives (e.g., TUPE, restructures).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
