Job Title: Year 1 Teacher

Location: L20 Area, Liverpool

Start Date: September 2025

Milk Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Key Stage 1 and early learning, looking for a role where they can make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Support the academic and personal development of pupils
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, leadership, and wider school staff
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1, preferably Year 1
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive, positive, and nurturing approach to teaching
