What’s the position?
We are seeking a Commercial Specialist to lead the commercial reporting and communication initiatives for the Casino vertical. You will be responsible for the content-related costs, ensuring that all commercial agreements are translated into reports as well as validate the relevant vendor invoices.
You will be able to produce insights for multiple stakeholders, suggesting improvement areas or flagging concerning cost trends.
Responsibilities:
- Review of casino commercial contracts and entering all terms into billing estimation reports.
- Review of all game rates and ensuring consistency between internal expectations and vendors’ invoices.
- Management and processing of game vendor related work orders and payment approval processes.
- Development of an efficient monthly reporting and reconciliation system.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly reports - total cost, overall trends.
- Communication of monthly reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Communication with partners’ accounting teams, including the pursuit of discrepancies or missing marketing incentives.
- Gather availability reports from operational teams and calculate the relevant Service credits.
- Alignment with data teams to avoid any invoices misalignment (timezone, regulatory reporting reasons).
- Alignment with stakeholders regarding ongoing deals, bespoke games, minimum guarantees, and other temporary commercial instruments.
- Analysis of investment efficiency for internal games and bespoke/branded opportunities.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or completion of ACCA is considered an asset.
- Gaming industry knowledge is essential.
- Working knowledge of Tableau.
- Demonstrated creative thinking and passion for data and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including advanced Excel skills.
