£60,000 – £70,000 | JCT or NEC Experience Required

A dynamic and forward-thinking MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) main contractor based in Central London is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

Specialising in high-quality schemes across residential, education, MOJ, MOD, and leisure sectors, this contractor delivers projects using cutting-edge methods focused on efficiency, sustainability, and modern construction.

About the Role:

You’ll lead commercial aspects across a range of live and upcoming projects, ensuring strong cost control, contract compliance, and value throughout the construction lifecycle.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor
• Strong working knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract (Essential)
• Previous work with a main contractor
• Experience across multiple sectors is advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial reporting skills
