Head of Asset and Estate Management

Location: Manchester

Cobalt have partnered with a highly respected property organisation seeking a senior asset management professional to lead a diverse portfolio.

This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver asset strategies across a complex and evolving portfolio, with a strong focus on long-term value creation, income generation, and future development potential. The successful candidate will oversee lettings, lease events, valuations, acquisitions, compliance, and team leadership.

You’ll bring extensive asset management experience, strong financial and leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive performance and unlock value.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in commercial estate asset management.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly in H&S across complex land portfolios.
• Financially astute, with experience in asset valuation, acquisition, and revenue management.
• RICS or equivalent professional accreditation.
