- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, with demonstrable experience in building and interpreting financial models is a must
- Deep interest in working with large datasets to uncover trends and generate insight
- High proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools);
- Prior experience in the real estate services or consumer-facing sectors is beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with the London consumer market—real estate preferred, but adjacent industries such as financial services or automotive are also relevant
Skills required:

- Enthusiastic about working with numbers, analysing data, and discovering insights through both structured and unstructured information
- Strong financial modelling skills and comfort with complex analytical frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and influence across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
This is more than just a job—it’s a rare opportunity to help build the next major chapter in UK real estate services from the ground up. If you’re ready to use your analytical and strategic skills to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
