Programmatic Marketing Lead

Hampshire or London | Hybrid, 3 days onsite (1 in Hampshire min.)

The Performance Marketing Lead (Programmatic) will drive the success of multi-market CPC arbitrage operations, ensuring that programmatic publisher traffic is optimised for margin and ROI. This is a strategic yet hands-on role with high visibility and real commercial impact.

The Performance Marketing Lead (Programmatic) will…
– Manage and scale CPC arbitrage traffic across diverse publisher networks
– Optimise bids, budgets, and segmentation using daily performance data
– Shape strategic growth plans alongside senior performance leadership
– Support the evolution toward automation and smarter programmatic models
– Influence tooling and platform decisions with product, data, and sales teams
You Will Need
– Strong experience in performance marketing or ad tech with CPC budget ownership
– Proven ability to boost ROI through data-led optimisation
– A commercial mindset with confidence navigating complex variables
– Comfort working across feeds, integrations or programmatic platforms
– Bonus: familiarity with US job board or recruitment tech markets
