Olverum is a small yet fast-growing luxury beauty brand with global ambitions. Working with an ever-increasing portfolio of products in Bath, Body and Skincare we deliver the highest quality formulations to our rapidly expanding customer base through B2B and D2C.

Collaborates with:

Raw Material and Componentry Suppliers, Contract Manufacturers, Warehousing and Third-Party Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Customs, Internal Finance Department, Marketing Department, and Sales Department.

The Role:

You’ll look after the day-to-day running of our supply chain operations, managing suppliers, tracking production schedules, raising POs, and coordinating manufacturing and fulfilment partners. You’ll work closely with our head of NPD and Commercial Director to gain exposure to how a high-growth brand scales its supply chain. Given our start-up nature, you'll be granted the autonomy to introduce, improve, and innovate.

· Oversee raw materials and componentry sourcing.

· Engage with new and existing manufacturers for cost-efficient strategies.

Production Management & Protocol:

· Oversee production processes, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Inventory Management:

· Periodically review and update Bills of Materials.

· Monitor, manage and periodically test raw materials and componentry.

· Draft comprehensive inventory management reports.

Administration:

· Efficiently coordinate with 3rd party manufacturer and logistics.

· Maintain SKU and Master Data.

· Approve invoices for payment.

The Person

· Educated to degree level; supply chain concentration is an advantage.

· Fluent English communication skills.

· Proficient in data management tools like MS Excel; experience with MRPEASY or similar ERP/MRP systems beneficial.

· An innate interest in the beauty/FMCG industry.

· Collaborative, highly organised, adaptable, and keen on detail.
