Professional Support Lawyer — Bermuda

Please be aware this role would require a relocation to Bermuda which will be facilitated by the firm

We’re supporting a leading offshore firm in Bermuda that’s looking for a talented Professional Support Lawyer to join its growing team (no prior PSL expertise necessary).

This is an exciting chance to take the lead on knowledge strategy and know-how for busy corporate and transactional teams — and play a key role in keeping lawyers up to date, connected, and equipped to deliver outstanding work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping and driving the knowledge strategy for Bermuda and BVI teams

• Creating and maintaining top-quality precedents and know-how resources

• Tracking legal and market developments and sharing insights with fee earners

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified lawyer (common law) with at least 6 years’ PQE, ideally with strong corporate/transactional experience

• Some exposure to knowledge management or PSL work is an advantage but not essential

• Confident communicator with great relationship-building skills

• Organised, proactive and keen to drive projects forward
