Job description

Who are UNTIL?

We’re on a mission to make health and wellness fairer and better for everyone by putting power and choice back into the hands of the people that make the difference, health and wellness practitioners. We do that by giving them flexible access to our network of state-of-the-art facilities and powerful support services, with no long-term tie-ins or additional overheads.

UNTIL isn’t just a space, it’s a community where London’s leading self-employed wellness practitioner come together under one roof to unlock their potential, collaborate and grow. Our clubs are used by 40+ different disciplines including personal trainers, physios, therapists, life coaches, nutritionists, dentists and doctors.

We currently operate three central London clubs, Soho, Liverpool Street and Marylebone. We have plans to open more clubs towards the end of 2025 and into 2026 and we’re currently going through Series A funding. Things are about to get even more exciting!

What you’ll do

We are looking for a full-time Community Associate to join our Soho Club on a shift basis. Shifts are 5.30am - 1.30pm or 1.30pm - 9.30pm. This role is 5 days per week including two Saturdays per month.

Our Community Associates are the first point of contact for our members and their guests. This role is pivotal to the success of our clubs. You’ll be the face of UNTIL, deliver exceptional service, build long lasting relationships with our members and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to our clubs.

There are three key components to this role:

  • 1) Deliver Best-In-Class Service - be a client relationship expert and welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and care. Learn about UNTIL services and be able to instinctively answer queries
  • 2) Maintain High Standards - conscientiously follow UNTIL club operating procedures, brand & behaviour standards and complete daily/weekly tasks, checklists and walk-arounds. Ensure all areas within the club are clean and presentable, coordinating with colleagues, contractors and cleaning team to resolve issues. Keep up to date with how our proposition evolves in order to educate members.
  • 3) Support a Thriving Community - act as a community promoter and ambassador. Foster positive member experiences, behaviours and interactions. Build strong emotionally connected relationships with members enabling you to deliver an intuitive service. Actively seek member feedback to improve our services and their experiences.

What we’re looking for

We look for warm and welcoming people who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-oriented to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed…a positive outlook with an ability to build authentic relationships.

  • A track record and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to adapt your style accordingly depending on the individual need. Genuinely connecting with our members, while guiding them on the experiences available.
  • Working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service.
  • A keen follower of health & wellbeing trends, brands, and social media
  • Efficient, organized, and able to plan whilst having the flexibility to be able to respond to last-minute requests.
  • A strong team player but also someone who demonstrates initiative and can work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT system literate and confident with Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience using a clientele tool e.g., Salesforce, Hero or Hubspot would be advantageous.
  • An affinity with the UNTIL brand

What we offer

  • Starting salary of £27,000 increasing to £29,000 after six months’ service
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for each year of service (up to a maximum 30 days)
  • Birthday day off
  • Private healthcare with Vitality
  • Perkbox benefit platform
  • Access to our gym space during off peak hours
  • Member credits redeemable against any of our practitioners

We are committed to ensuring equality, diversity and equity across all of our recruitment practices and we encourage applications from individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. We believe that strength lies in differences, not similarities; we recognise the unique perspective everyone contributes to our team.
