We are looking for:

• Corporate tax lawyers with solid experience in M&A, Private Equity finance, restructuring, and/or funds.
• 2-4 years PQE.
• Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
• UK-qualified, or common law-qualified with relevant UK/EU experience.
