About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Statistical Scientist Lead to join our global team. In this strategic role, you will provide expert statistical leadership across clinical development, biomarker and PK/PD analysis, and payer evidence generation. You will play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that impact global health outcomes, particularly in rare and underserved disease areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead statistical strategy and execution for clinical trials, real-world evidence, and biomarker/PK/PD studies.
  • Act as Global Statistical Lead (GSTATL) for early or late-phase assets.
  • Contribute to the development of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), HTA submissions, and regulatory interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory, and HEOR.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of statistical deliverables across programs.
  • Represent the company in discussions with regulatory authorities, HTA bodies, and external experts.


What We’re Looking For

  • PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in statistical methods for clinical and biomarker data.
  • Proficiency in SAS; knowledge of R is a plus.
  • Experience with pharmacokinetics (PK) and real-world data is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and HTA processes in international markets.
