Payroll Advisor – £35,000 – East Finchley

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading global on the recruitment of a Payroll Advisor on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office.

The Role:

Collaborate with the team to ensure all employees are paid accurately and punctually, without exception
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients
Provide cross-functional support as needed, both within the department and across the wider organization
Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of all payroll data
Actively contribute to the department’s overall objectives and success
Comply with all relevant internal and external SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls
Uphold internal control procedures to maintain the integrity of company operations
Assist in year-end payroll processing across multiple entities
Respond to ad-hoc requests from other departments as required

Skills Needed:

· Minimum 2 years of payroll experience

· Experience using ResourceLink essential (minimum 2 years)

· Confident with Excel and payroll reporting

· Strong knowledge of payroll and pension legislation
