Head of Business Transformation

We are currently working with a leading organisation in their search for a Head of Business Transformation.

This is a hybrid role where travel to their offices will be needed two days a week.

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for leading a complex transformation programme where you will need to operate & influence up to an exec level.
• Covering multiple workstreams, you will need to ensure each project lead delivers on time and against budget and as part of the wider plan.
• There will also be a focus on PMO related activities where you will need to introduce standards & portfolio level governance, as well as supporting with group wide reporting.

What they are looking for:

• Proven business transformation experience, delivering programmes across a multi-site environment
• Experience supporting business change projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to build meaningful relationships with exec level stakeholders
