Hays Construction are pleased to be assisting a construction company with the recruitment of a Finishing Foreman based out of Bristol.

Your New Role

You will carry out finishing works to handover a range of houses, carry out site inductions, monitor health and safety/PPE compliance, coordinate the internal trades as well as driving programmes and attend regular subcontractor meetings to ensure targets are being achieved or delays mitigated.

You will also oversee the 2nd fix through to completion of the internal finished houses, snagging and commissioning of the houses as well as overseeing the client snag and handover process.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will be an experienced finishing foreman and have current SMSTS, CSCS (Managers card) and First Aid at work.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered at a daily rate of between £275 - £300 per day on a 5-month contract.
