Interim Tax Lawyer in City of London

Job description

Highly regarded international firm is looking for an experienced Tax Lawyer to join their busy practice on an initial 3-6 month contract starting ASAP.

Fixed term contract (salaried, pro rata) or day rate depending on preference.

City office with flexible hybrid working on offer. Potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Working closely with an experienced Corporate Tax Partner you will support on a range of corporate tax matters, advising on M&A and restructuring transactions, W&I insurance liabilities, land taxes and share schemes.

To be considered for the role you will be qualified in England & Wales, 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a comparable tax practice or in-house as a dedicated tax lawyer. Experienced lawyers, ex-Partner/Counsel etc are also encouraged to apply.
