As a Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for delivering robust commercial administration and quantity surveying services. You will manage contract governance, cost control, change management and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in the NEC suite of contracts (NEC3/4) will be essential to your success in this role.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in a similar role within a contracting organisation (essential)
• Strong experience with NEC3/4 contracts (essential)
• Engineering or commercial qualification (essential)
• Experience in Pharma/Biopharma sectors (desirable)
• Proficiency in SAP or project control tools (desirable)
