Legal Counsel in Eastleigh

Our client, an architect firm just outside the Eastleigh area, is looking for a proactive legal professional to lead on contracts, compliance, and procurement in a collaborative and creative environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape your role and make a real impact at a strategic level.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, advise on legal matters, manage risk, and support project delivery across the business.

Location: Eastleigh, with occasional travel to London.

Duties will include:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Overseeing trademarks and any licence agreements.
• Attending board meetings.
• Staying up to date with any legal changes.
• Resolving disputes and managing debt recovery.

Desired skills:

• Fee earning experience essential 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in construction law preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
