About the Role

As Head of Transformation, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with a bold and ambitious growth strategy. From post-acquisition integrations and strategic technology delivery to regulatory compliance and operational improvements, your leadership will be key to driving sustainable change and client value.

You will oversee a high-performing transformation team, establish modern and scalable PMO practices, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement. With a highly experienced leadership team and the backing of a committed investor, you will have the platform and support needed to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, mobilisation, and execution of strategic transformation programmes across the business
  • Develop clear, outcome-focused change roadmaps that support strategic objectives
  • Build and manage an agile PMO and transformation governance framework
  • Oversee the successful integration of acquired firms into a unified brand, operating model, and culture
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver process efficiencies, improve client experience, and ensure regulatory alignment
  • Champion change leadership and drive organisation-wide adoption of new systems and practices
  • Chair the internal Change Approval Board, ensuring robust governance and delivery assurance

What You Will Bring

  • 5–7+ years of senior transformation or change leadership experience in complex, regulated environments
  • Strong track record of delivering high-impact change and integration programmes
  • Expertise in portfolio management, agile governance, and benefits realisation
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Experience with FCA regulation, including Consumer Duty, is desirable
