Role Summary:

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to join a respected and growing team. While the role offers flexibility to work remotely, you’ll also have the autonomy to manage your own client relationships and travel across the South West to maintain a high-touch service. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on wills, probate, LPAs and estate planning: Deliver tailored, high-quality advice to diverse clients

• Manage client relationships across the South West: Build trust through in-person meetings and ongoing contact

• Handle complex and high-value estates: Develop your experience with a broad, interesting caseload

• Work autonomously and remotely: Enjoy the flexibility to manage your time and diary

• Collaborate with colleagues across offices: Be part of a supportive, professional team

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client law

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel within the South West as needed

• Confident managing own caseload independently
