Complaints Handler (French Speaking)

Meraki Talents client are currently adapting their setup in the French market, particularly in relation to the handling of formal complaints via regulators and looking for individuals with a strong regulatory and operational background.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complaints under French legal and regulatory frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of French consumer protection laws, GDPR, and applicable banking regulations
- Proficient in Salesforce (CRM tools); familiarity with Cebelian is a plus, or ability to onboard quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation
- Fluent communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with legal teams and engaging with regulatory authorities
- Prior experience in the banking sector is mandatory
