Salesforce Administrator

Salary: up to £50,000

Location: Hybrid, Manchester

Mason Frank has partnered with a well-established construction firm undergoing exciting digital transformation. They're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their CRM platform, helping streamline operations and drive smarter project delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimise Flows to automate business processes across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity.
• Create reports, dashboards, and custom objects to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide user support and training across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Proven expertise with Flows.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Pardot is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
