Job description

Elite US law firm is on the lookout for a new associate opportunity for the firm's top-tier Funds practice.

The team advises on the structuring, establishment, and marketing of investment funds, with a primary focus on credit funds, real assets and private equity. The role also involves advising on asset management regulation and related transactional matters.

Requirements:

▶ 1–5 years’ PQE in investment funds work

▶ Experience across real estate/infrastructure (incl. REITs), credit, and/or private equity

▶ Strong academic background and experience from a leading City or international firm
