We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at a leading technology research centre in Ipswich. Mandarin fluency is essential due to close collaboration with teams in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor across a wide range of HR topics.
- Support and influence organisational change initiatives, cultural alignment, and employee engagement.
- Act as a coach and advocate for leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.

- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, international environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
