Mandarin fluency is essential due to close collaboration with teams in China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor across a wide range of HR topics.
• Support and influence organisational change initiatives, cultural alignment, and employee engagement.
• Act as a coach and advocate for leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.
