The Role:

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Handbag/Accessories Designer to join our design team. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate with a flair for design and a love of Accessories—from handbags to belts and small seasonal Accessories You’ll support the design team in creating compelling, commercial collections and help bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in researching trends, materials, and colours

* Support the design process from concept to final sample

* Create CAD drawings, mood boards, and tech packs

* Work closely with the product development team to ensure design integrity

* Attend design meetings

* Help manage sample inventory and design archives

* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

* Support Design Director with administration

* Liaise with Factories in China

About You:

* A degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field

* Two year experience required

* A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and an understanding of Accessories

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

* Firefly and other generative AI platforms , Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Passion for fashion, trends, and product innovation

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
