Reserving Actuary in London Area

Job description

We are working exclusively with a high-performing Syndicate who are looking for a nearly / newly qualified Reserving Actuary to join their team in London. This role reports into the Reserving Manager but will also work closely with the Head of Reserving and have exposure to the Chief Actuary and the wider actuarial function and the underwriting team. If you are looking for a position with autonomy, visibility, and impact, this will be for you.

This is a mixed role that will work on a mix of BAU and project work including transformation, business planning, and development.

The ideal candidate will be nearly or newly qualified with Lloyd's reserving experience with the ability to think outside the box and realise the impact their work is having both immediately and in the long run. Prior project work would be highly beneficial.

This role is 3 days a week in the office.
