Experienced Property Manager - Boutique High-End Agency | North West London

£30,000-£35,000 | Mon-Fri, 9-6 | 1 day WFH after probation | ✈ Annual team trips | Smart casual dress code

Tired of high street pressure and overloaded portfolios? This is your chance to join a boutique, high-end agency in North West London where quality service genuinely matters.

You’ll be managing a compact, premium portfolio of around 70-75 residential properties—balancing both property management and tenancy progression responsibilities. From handling move-ins and arranging safety checks, to coordinating repairs and managing end-of-tenancies, this is a varied and hands-on role where you can take full ownership of your portfolio.
