Employee Engagement Advisor
Salary circa £55k plus benefits
Location: Bristol
Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days WFH, 35 hour working week.
Are you passionate about helping businesses and their employees achieve their financial goals? Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Advisor to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities for the Employee Engagement Advisor:
- Provide regulated bespoke pension advice to group pension members, both new and existing.
- Offer group pension transfer advice when needed.
- Deliver specialist/professional advice and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Undertake site visits as required.
- Follow up on potential leads for member advice from corporate consultants.
- Create and deliver effective presentations to group pension members, either onsite or remotely.
- Keep CPD, IO, and Compliance up to date.
- Contribute to team targets where possible.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support training/meetings at client or external premises and represent the company professionally at events.
- Actively support and engage with business projects to meet client needs and business objectives.
- Manage your time effectively to achieve objectives and key milestones, along with planning and completing personal development activities.
- Maintain and develop your technical and regulatory knowledge.
- Take opportunities to assist with the development of additional services and support for members.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required, keeping in mind TCF and the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of all types of pension arrangements.
- Ability to highlight and suggest improvements to procedures and processes that do not adhere to TCF/RCR principles.
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners/professionals.
- Ability to understand, meet, and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to liaise with colleagues, clients, and IFAs in an articulate and pleasant manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage your workload.
- Problem-solving skills with the initiative to devise and implement workable solutions.
- Ability to plan, manage, and maximize the use of your time and effectiveness.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
- Good technical knowledge.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
