Job Title: Interim Quantity Surveyor

Location: Greater London Area - 3 days on site (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and analytical activities in a highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for post-signature contract management, reporting, numerical analysis, and analytical reviews across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed contract reviews and post-signature reporting
• Perform in-depth number and cost analysis
• Support commercial teams with insights and forecasting
• Work within strict regulatory and compliance frameworks

Requirements:

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, or Infrastructure sectors
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Familiarity with complex, regulated contract environments
• Due to security clearance requirements, applicants must be a sole UK national

Contract Type: Outside IR35 - 12+ months
