Financial Crime Expert | Regulated Outsourcing | London Hybrid

Role Overview:

• Location: London (hybrid – 2 days/week in office) with occasional travel to Birmingham and Telford
• Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits + tailored development opportunities
• Industry: Financial Services / Outsourcing

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading assurance testing and interpreting MI for internal and client governance forums
• Supporting the MLRO on key deliverables including the MLRO report and FCRA
• Managing and updating second-line financial crime policies and training material
• Assessing financial crime risks and offering practical mitigation strategies
• Engaging across the client’s operations and contributing to continuous improvement

Main Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in financial crime compliance within a 2nd line role
• Sound understanding of money laundering regulations and broader financial crime risk
• Exposure to anti-bribery, tax evasion, fraud, and other key compliance areas
• Confident working in regulated environments and with cross-functional teams
• Ideally degree-educated and experienced in asset/wealth management or retail finance
