Award winning agency based in the heart of Leeds is looking for an SEO Strategist to join their expanding team! Hybrid working.


You will need to be an SEO Strategist who is a good all-rounder in technical & on-site with an understanding of off-site and backlinks. You will need to have worked on large client accounts previously and be confident speaking with clients directly.


Your role will be responsible for planning, reviewing and helping to implement innovative SEO strategies that will help to deliver growth to clients across the pillars of SEO - on-site, off-site SEO, technical & content.


This strategist will own performance and be able to accurately report on performance against KPI's and objectives.


You will be responsible for developing & leading on SEO strategy for your clients, liaising with different members of the wider teams to deliver clear & concise strategies covering eg: SEO analysts, campaign managers and content writers.


Part of your role will be to measure and analyse the success of SEO strategies and tactics and present findings & recommendations for future campaigns.


You will need to apply Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles to improve visibility within AI-driven search environments like Google AI Overviews, including optimising for brand mentions, citations and unlinked references.


Translate Query Fan-Out insights into actionable content clustering and multi-intent targeting strategies across traditional & generative search engines.


Develop search strategies that extend beyond Google, covering platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pintrest, Amazon, Bing and voice assistants - aligned to the audience behaviour at different stages of the customer journey.


Excellent communication & organisational skills are essential as you will be liaising with clients and different colleagues, as well as organising your own diary and making sure deadlines are adhered to.


It is key that you have strong knowledge and expertise of relevant tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
