Larbey Evans is partnering with a renowned international law firm to recruit an experienced L&D Specialist to join their London office on an initial 14-month fixed-term contract.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about coaching others to reach their full potential, with proven experience facilitating learning and development programmes for key internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be confident engaging and inspiring colleagues at all levels across the firm.


L&D Specialist Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify the learning and development needs for Trainees, Apprentices through to fee earners who are 3 PQE and individuals based at the equivalent levels within business services
  • Coach individuals who complete our Accelerate Programme including Associates, Advisors and Specialists and individuals based more broadly across the firm
  • Lead on and effectively manage our two internal Mentoring Programmes ensuring all mentoring applications are reviewed and actioned on an ongoing basis
  • Deliver core business skills and management training programmes relating to specific topics
  • Co‐design and continuously evolve business and management programme
  • Facilitate psychometrics and emotional intelligence assessments


L&D Specialist Skills & Requirements:


  • A coaching qualification from an accredited organisation
  • Experience in providing learning solutions in a large multi stakeholder business, ideally within a law firm
  • A proven track record of personal development and growth and robust knowledge of business and management theory and practice
  • Digital learning experience
