Evolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join their team to play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of clinical services, supporting patients with complex needs while contributing to innovative pharmaceutical solutions.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Wiltshire working different shift patterns (8am-4:30pm and 10am – 6:30 pm) Monday to Friday.

Ideal Requirements for the Clinical Pharmacist

• Bring your professionalism and expertise as a GPhC-registered Pharmacist ready to take the next step in your career.
• Build on your experience with at least 2 years in pharmacy practice, where your knowledge and skills will be highly valued.
• Enjoy variety and flexibility in your role, adapting working hours and practices to meet the needs of patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Thrive in a dynamic setting where your ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced environment will truly shine.

Role Responsibilities for the Clinical Pharmacist

• Champion excellence and safety by ensuring full compliance with GPhC standards, working closely with the Pharmacy Manager to deliver a reliable and effective service for every patient.
• Keep the heart of the pharmacy running smoothly by overseeing the daily dispensary workload, ensuring prescriptions are managed efficiently and on time.
• Use your clinical expertise to make a difference by reviewing and approving prescriptions, guaranteeing the highest standards of care.
• Guide and support the team in labelling and dispensing a wide variety of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and patient confidence.
