The Role

You'll manage a varied and interesting caseload, with a focus on:

• Judicial Review – especially in housing and social care contexts
• Civil Litigation – covering contracts, regulatory disputes, and more
• Court work – typically once a month, with a healthy balance of advocacy and advisory
• Strategic Advice – helping shape how frontline services are delivered

We’re Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Fellow
• Solid experience in civil litigation, ideally with JR or housing/public law exposure
• Someone confident advising clients and representing in court
• A strong team player with sound judgement and practical instincts
