Position Overview

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Head of Legal Operations, you will play a vital role in leading Legal Operations matters within the Global Legal Team based in the Chanel London headquarters. You will drive efficiency, optimise processes, and strive for the seamless functioning of legal operations at CHANEL. This is a senior role requiring a strategic mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, global teams and alongside IT partners and other business teams. By exploring innovative solutions and process efficiencies you will support Legal’s strong ambition to continuously enhance legal service delivery.


This role manages one team member.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified lawyer preferred; legal operations experience a requirement
  • 15 years of experience in law, legal operations or related field; experience working in a multinational company preferred
  • Excellent writing skills in English, other language skills will be considered advantageous but not essential
  • Strategic mindset
  • Strong project/programme and change management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional and multi-regional initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of legal technology and trends in the market and extensive experience in using or implementing relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and influencing skills
