Are you an Employment Solicitor ready for your next chapter at a respected, long-established law firm on the South Coast?

We're working with a multi-office practice that has a deep local footprint and a long-standing reputation for client care. With a close-knit team culture and a progressive outlook, this firm is looking to grow its busy Dispute Resolution department with a talented Employment Solicitor whos keen to make an impact.

What You'll Need

• Solid grounding in employment law ideally 2+ PQE
• A client-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach
• Willingness to get involved in wider team activity and firm development
