Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Central London

Up to £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare

Tier 1 Main Contractor | Commercial | New Build & Refurb

I’m working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile £70m commercial new build/refurbishment project in Central London. With around 12 months left on this scheme, you’ll then transition straight onto another £100m+ flagship project, also based in Central.

You’ll be reporting into the on-site Commercial Lead and take ownership of your own work packages — giving you genuine responsibility from the outset and the platform to fast-track your development. For the right person, promotion to Quantity Surveyor level is expected within 12–18 months.
