We’re hiring a confident and capable HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, people-first property business. This is a trusted role where you’ll support both employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics, from varied ER cases to coaching line managers and helping drive a high-performance culture.
You’ll join a collaborative HR team with access to structured support, ongoing development, and the chance to shape the culture from the inside. There's genuine progression here, with clear scope to grow into a Senior Advisor or HRBP role based on performance, not time served.

✅ Coaching and guiding line managers through people issues confidently and compliantly
✅ Leading on a wide range of ER cases (absence, performance, grievances, disciplinaries)
✅ Supporting the full employee lifecycle – onboarding to exit
✅ Promoting engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives
✅ Ensuring all processes are legally sound and aligned with company policy
About You:
✔ Proven experience in a generalist or advisory HR role, ideally in a fast-paced industry (property, retail, sales)
✔ Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
✔ Confident, empathetic, and a clear communicator
✔ Able to coach and influence managers while remaining solutions-focused
✔ You care about people and culture as much as compliance
What’s on Offer:
£30,000 – £35,000 salary depending on experience
2 days WFH/ 3 days on-site
Real opportunities to progress into Senior Advisor or BP-level roles
Ongoing training and development
Wellbeing support, mental health first aiders, confidential counselling line
Enhanced parental policies & shared parental leave
Charity volunteer day + paid-for social events
☕ Subsidised café & bar onsite
