Finance Associate - Offshore Law Firm in London

The Role

We have an opportunity for a mid-senior Associate to join a growing tier-1 global finance practice in London, advising on UK, Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands law. The practice traverses general banking, fund finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, private credit, structured finance and DCM matters as well as complex cross-border restructurings.

The role offers a generous salary whilst maintaining work-life balance, with no target hours.

About You

• UK or Commonwealth-qualified lawyer, ideally with 3-7 years of post-admission experience in a finance practice
• Excellent academics
• Offshore experience is beneficial but not a pre-requisite
