£50-70,000 + bonus + benefits

A market leading advisor to Investor and owner operator clients with growing portfolios of operational real estate are looking to add a senior/associate into their capital markets division. The division works with tier one investors as well as market leading owner operators of PBSA, BTR, Co-living and Hotel assets. The portfolios they build for their client’s range across the UK and encompasses a mix of new build schemes and first-generation assets.

The team carry out a cradle to grave capital market’s function, supported by the best market intelligence and expertise in operational real estate. The overall strength and positioning of this division gives clients a compelling reason to instruct them above their competitors.

The ideal candidate will be pro-active, focussed and driven with experience of acquisitions and disposals from within the ‘beds’ sector, with good holistic knowledge of operational real estate and strong attention to detail. This is a thriving, growing and very profitable team which operate on their own P&L so when it comes to bonuses, they can reward you based on your merit alone.
